Monique Keffer

Monique Keffer brings over 15 years of experience to her work as a spiritual director, writer, and educator. She completed a six-year certification program at Sacred Ground in St. Paul, where she now teaches. 

A member of Spiritual Directors International, she also contributes to their professional journal. As a former English professor, Monique views reading and writing as powerful forms of prayer. 

She draws on Ignatian spirituality and a commitment to balancing body, mind, and spirit. Beyond individual direction, she facilitates retreats, workshops, and communal days of reflection.
