Franciscan Retreats and Spirituality Center is a spiritual oasis for anyone looking to explore their relationship with the Almighty. We hold weekend or midweek Roman Catholic Retreats attended by individuals or friends at our Minnesota Retreat Center.
Why do people attend our retreats?
Retreats feature a fruitful blend of scheduled time to open time allowing retreatants to recharge mentally, spiritually and physically. Most of our Catholic Spiritual Retreats involve two or three-night stays, although our Silent Retreats are four days, and we also feature single-day Lenten or Advent Days of Prayer.
Four conference talks inspired by a relevant annual theme lead retreatants on an experience of discovery, rejuvenation and spiritual growth. Generous open periods between conference talks allow for reflection, prayer, spirited hikes on 60 acres of forest and prairie, with sunset lake views, and access to a labyrinth and a walkway to our outdoor Stations of the Cross. Retreats also include guided prayer sessions, one-on-one spiritual direction, plus the opportunity for unhurried confession, Mass, holy hour and anointing of the sick. All meals are cooked lovingly on-site.
Franciscan Retreats and Spirituality Center is a Minnesota Retreat Center in Prior Lake that is Catholic-based and open to all spiritual seekers of any faith denomination, at any stage of their faith journey. Retreatants participate in the offerings that fit their needs and preferences.
