Embodying Sacred Presence: A Day of Yoga and Contemplation
Embodying Sacred Presence: A Day of Yoga and Contemplation
September 17, 2026 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM
I am offering a day of gentle yoga, contemplative prayer, reflection, silence, and connection with creation.
Inspired by the wisdom of Saint Francis, we will explore embodied prayer, what it means to lead with our heart, and practice the sacredness of the present moment. Through movement, meditation, journaling, and time in nature we will breathe together to create a space to listen deeply to the invitations of our lives.
No yoga experience is necessary. All abilities are welcome!
Dress comfortably, bring a mat, and a journal.
