Erica Orzhykhivskyi

Originally from Fargo, North Dakota, Erica recently moved to the Prior Lake area with her husband and is excited to become part of the local community.

Erica enjoys spending time outdoors, getting lost in a good book, and experimenting in the kitchen with her newest hobby—baking sourdough bread in a variety of flavors. 

She is grateful for the opportunity to support the mission and ministry of the Franciscan Retreat Center and looks forward to helping create a welcoming environment for all who come to the center for rest, reflection, and renewal.
