Diane Kubes

Diane joined the staff team in 2025 as Marketing Manager. She previously worked as the Training and Marketing Director for a Twin Cities social services provider. 

Diane feels God called her to the Franciscan Retreat Center at a time when she was questioning what to do next in life, after almost 39 years with her previous employer. 

She enjoys supporting a mission that provides life-changing outcomes and aligns with her values.  Diane is married and has two adult children.
